    The welding torch is very important to the whole machine. If the welding torch is well maintained, the whole machine can complete the work more efficiently.

    First, regularly maintain the contact tip. Check for dust clogging the contact tips, or replace the contact tips regularly. Because of long-term work and no replacement of the welding torch contact tip for a long time, it will cause some wear on the contact tip, which will increase its diameter. When the diameter becomes larger, the arc will be unstable, and the appearance of the welding seam will appear smeared, which will eventually affect the beauty of the welding effect. At the same time, if the contact tip is not tightened, it may also cause some situations, for example, the threaded joints will be welded due to heat.

    Second, regularly clean and replace the spring hose. It is an important part of the welding torch, and some iron powder and dust often enter it during the processing. When cleaning the spring hose regularly, we should pay attention to the correct method, because it is relatively fragile. You can choose some softer brushes to put in the hose and gently sweep out the contents; or tap lightly to shake off some dirt; or use a fan to blow away the dust. If the spring hose is deformed, replace it with a new part.

    Third, check the insulating ferrule. Its inspection is relatively simple, and the insulating ferrule must be put on.
